From the moment I spoke to Steve I found him friendly and helpful.
He called back when he said he would. He and Ryan kept their appointment to give us a quote even though it meant them travelling a substantial distance through bad weather.
The quote came through very promptly and was very reasonable. They did a great job even in some awkward to get to areas.
They even hoovered up afterwards which our previous carpet fitter never did! I would have no hesitation in recommending them and in fact already have done to another family member and I would definitely use them again myself.
